The tittle says it all! There are some very recent reports showing that the values of the new starts of construction have never been lower in the latest 17 years! This is really astonishing and it does concern me more than anything else! This is a major sector and it will definitely influence the amount of time that we will pass trying to recover our economy and our financial and social status...
Let's just hope that the side effects of this new don't affect us too much!
