While there is a tendency for forgetting all about the psychological state of workers, it also seems categorically obvious that more and more people are starting to face some of these well known psychological problems that interfere with their production on the industries... So, what could the companies do about this? Well, to start off there should obviously be someone who would deal with all the problems of the workers related to their mental condition! A worker who isn't mentally ok, will never be able to do his job with all the quality needed, right?
