In recent conversations on French Tv, a specialist in the house sales business marketplace has recently stated that recoveries will only be a fact in the late months of 2009! These are just some of the worst news that people working in the sector could expect and that's why I really wished I had bought my new house about 5 years ago... It seems that it is getting worse as the days pass by and it seems that the only solution is hear these predictions and wait until the day in which the sector recoveries and let's us continue to make some nice deals, keeping in mind our financial capabilities and how much we spend on the new acquisition.
