Many people mustn't have already noticed this for the simple reason that they have never thought about it but the fact is that lawyers are now facing some real difficult times! A recent survey showed that the business in the law area is facing some of the worst results since 2003 simply because many people don't have money or time to spend when the US is facing such financially hard times and willing to continue to fight the fear of recession... With these concerns in mind, more and more people seem to be forgetting about the rest and the importance of defending themselves on court but we all know that this is temporary, right?
