With the imminent postal rate increase two weeks from now, it's normal that most of us start to buy stamps on rush so that we can escape that rate increase for as much time as possible! Keeping this in mind, you can easily understand why Americans are buying around 30 million stamps a day in a road to the ultimate chance of buying stamps for the lowest prices possible... I just wonder if this was expected by the governors and if this isn't going to damage our economy even more when the new rates come out and we see this general increase on the shipping rates...
