During the last month of March, it is being reported that home sales declined more than 2% while their prices have been lowered about 7%! These are some amazing news and I am sure that everyone is surprised with this extremely bad results of the month of March and this is another sign that many things in our society and economy are not ok and solutions need to appear very soon!
I just hope that prices of houses don't continue to lower because that's extremely bad for the stability of our economy and we will start to enter on a circle from where we don't easily get away from...
