It seems to be a general feeling, workers all around the world and working on different categories are all claiming that it's about time that more confidence is gained and so they want to see their work's value be recognized and that they can be grant financial stability as well as a definitive work in the companies! Moreover, this feeling is probably one of the causes for the loss on the market production and it should surely be dealt with more respect by the administration of the companies in order to grant their own financial health and the continue of the branding of their company! let's just hope that they notice this in time...
