Recent news by many experts show us that the recession is not only hitting marketplace of properties but it is also influencing the market to a perspective of "saving" when it comes to brand new investments for construction and remodulation projects.
Generally speaking, it seems that this event is taking place on a worldwide basis but with a much higher incidence in a country like USA which is facing the economical difficulties of the actual recession... This is another headache problem for the presidents and governments of our country who are trying to find the solutions not only for one or two problems but indeed for several ones that are far from being completely solved...
