A recent CNN survey showed that nearly 82% of the American people think that the tax rebates won't be enough to make consumers feel more confident about the current financial trends and it won't also make them spend more money the next time they go shopping... I personally think that these people are finally realising that what our economy needs is far more than a simple rebate solution and that's the message that our governors need to take from this.
