Even though many people could think that the solution for all our problems would be the definitive ban of oil from our lives, the truth is that economists are not very keen on that and are trying to figure out which would the consequences of that be for the society... I personally believe that it wouldn't work as most people predict it would, simply because there is no way how we could simply forget about oil and grab a new technology or social trend...
