Actually, apartments are not as expensive as they used to be before all thanks to the fact that the constructors can't just expect to profit as much as before, given the chance that we are now fearing an economical recession and so we are all not willing to invest too much money on a new house or apartment. Still, the truth is that during this month of May the sales of apartments have just risen to unexpected values that are making lots of people feel both surprised and glad to see that the sector is now showing signs of recovery...
