This is a very simple system, you need to let a bar open when conected to internet, you will receive about 120 points/ hour... the minimum payout is 10 €, it will take about a month to reach... so it's quite easy to reach
Hope you like it:

PTP: Paid To Promote. How it works and the concept behind it
PTP is supposed to be a "win/win" situation. A site owner will offer PTP to the members as a way for the member to earn extra money. By promoting a certain URL [your PTP link] you will earn a certain amount of credits to your account for every 1000 valid hits to your link. Every time you reach the 1000 mark you will be able to "cash in" the credits and the value of those credits will be placed into your account.
Now before I go much further I should explain what a "valid" hit is. With most PTP's out there nearly all of them will have whats called "country tiers". You will earn just so many credits per hit depending on the country the hit came from. In the PTP arena it does matter where the hit comes from. Some countries will earn you more credits than others, thats just how it is, I didnt make the rules. When advertising your PTP link you will want to get it out to as many people from the higher paying countries as possable. Good luck, it can be done but most people just send it to everybody and hope for the best, lol. Dont worry too much about tiers, this is probably the most confusing and most difficult thing to learn about, but it will come to you as you go along.
An invalid hit simply means 1 of 3 things. Either the timer expired on the ad sent before you were credited or the clicker who clicked on your ad is from a country that is not on the PTP's tier list. The 3rd invalid would be the site you are promoting your link on is not an approved site. There may be other reasons for invalid hits such as suspended priveledges, too many proxy hits etc but those would be exceptions to the rule.
Now I did mention this was a win/win situation. The site owner who has the PTP sells advertising on that page. And since you are promoting the page for the owner you receive a portion of the money earned from the advertising sold by the owner. Alot of PTP links out there are using some sort of advertising that involves popups/unders/slideins and Impressions/click thrus. Thats why the owner will offer to pay you to promote their PTP page. They earn from your advertising efforts too, and like I said, you then earn from promotion. At most sites you will find that as a member you can redeem for advertising on those pages too. And, if I'm not mistaken, you may advertise with them as an outside advertiser too.
You may also notice that some sites with PTP have several links that you may earn with. You must pay close attention to which link your advertising and where your advertising it at. This is very important. Some of those links may have multiple popups on them and so may not be allowed at some places. Traffic Exchanges will usually only allow one popup [or even no pops]. Autosurfs, most of those are a no-no too, unless the site with your PTP has a special link that you can use just for autosurfs. Just be sure to read about the particular link you want to promote before sending it out. That information will be readily available where your link is.
So, if your going to advertise your PTP, check to be sure that the site you want to advertise at is approved for your particular PTP. Most sites have an approved list. If you dont see your PTP site on the list, request it to be placed on the list by contacting the webmaster of the site you want to advertise on.
Any other questions or concerns you may have feel free to ask. Lots of peeps in here will you out and if I missed anything or got something wrong you can be sure somebody will post to clear things up, lol. I'm no PTP guru to be sure but I do promote alot of PTP links
